domiciliary care

Whilst providing care of a sensitive nature we consider individual choices, maintaining your self-esteem is important to us when providing personal care services. We also provide a companionship service, this type of care is for those who do not need a lot of help but would like the companionship and support during their daily activities. This can have an emotional and cognitive benefit for elderly individuals due to the engaging conversations and reassurance when daily hassles or unfortunate life events occur.

carers/support workers

The role of a Carer/Support Worker can be very fulfilling as it's the main purpose is to help a vulnerable individual become more independent. The type of care that is provided by a Carer/Support Worker usually depends on the needs of the individual service user.

Carers/Support Workers are involved in working to improve and maintain the standard of care that is provided and essentially help to enhance the individual service users' quality of life.

registered general nurses (rGN)

Our team of RGNs is dedicated to providing a compassionate physical care service to all individual service users. live-in care

At Multiple Care Solutions, it is our priority to initially assess the care needs of the individual service user. Once the service needs are determined we would then move forward with linking them to the most suitable Live-In Carer, although the final decision would be down to the individual service user. Live-In Care consists of, or a combination of the following: Housekeeping, cooking, food shopping, outings, laundry, medication reminders, appointments and of course personal care such as bathing, washing & dressing. Our Live-In Carers are also trained and are experience is a range of health conditions….

registered mental health nurse (RMN)

The role of the Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) is to provide the appropriate care and psychological therapeutic support for each service user.

An RMN is considered in situations wherein the individual service user's psychological or psychiatric state is a high risk, in which they may cause harm to themselves or others around them. An RMN is also required when the service user is at a lower risk level, however, they are distressed at a high level and are in need of psychological care.
